I am attending a career fair AS AN AUTHOR!
A local middle school is having a career fair for their students. They asked if I would like to take part as an author, which is so exciting! Being an author is not an easy job, but there’s nothing like holding your finished book or stories in your hands. I’m thrilled to take part.
I entered a writing contest (twice)
The Writer’s Sanctuary is hosting their first page writing contest once again, and I entered two unpublished first pages. I’ve entered this contest before and, even though I didn’t win, got amazing feedback that really helped me consider my first page.
